Convert HEIC to PDF

Turn iPhone photos into a PDF you can open anywhere.

HEICPDF

or drop them here

Processed on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

Convert HEIC to PDF without an iPhone, a Mac or any app. HEIC is the photo format iPhones and iPads use by default, and many Windows PCs, Android phones and upload forms can’t open it. Turning those photos into a PDF gives you a file that opens everywhere.

Drop in one photo or a whole batch and get a single PDF or one per picture. The conversion runs inside your browser, so the photos are never uploaded. That makes it safe for pictures of documents, IDs or anything personal.

It’s free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no cap on the number of photos. You can also mix HEIC files with JPG and PNG images in the same PDF, which helps when some pictures came from an iPhone and others from a different camera.

How to use HEIC to PDF

  1. Add your HEIC photos

Drop HEIC or HEIF files onto the page, or tap to choose them. JPG and PNG images can be added alongside.

  2. Order the pictures

Drag the photos into the order you want for the PDF pages.

  3. Pick page settings

Choose Page size (Same as image, A4 or US Letter), Orientation and Margin. Keep Put all photos in one PDF ticked to get a single file.

  4. Click Convert to PDF

Press Convert to PDF and download the result to your device.

How to open HEIC photos on Windows and Android

Windows often needs an extra codec from the Microsoft Store to display HEIC, and many Android devices can’t show them at all. Rather than installing anything, open this page in Chrome, Edge or Firefox, add the photos and convert them to a PDF you can view, print or email.

This is also handy when a school, landlord or government portal asks for a PDF and you only have iPhone pictures. You don’t need access to the iPhone itself, just the HEIC files.

Converting iPhone photos to PDF on the iPhone itself

On an iPhone or iPad, open this page in Safari and tap the drop area to choose photos from your library or the Files app. The PDF saves to Files, ready to share.

Apple also offers a built-in route: select photos in the Photos app, tap Share, then Print, and pinch out on the preview to create a PDF. It works, but it’s fiddly with many images and gives you little control over page size.

Getting a smaller file for uploads

iPhone photos are high resolution, so a PDF with many of them can be large. Many online forms cap uploads at a few megabytes.

  • Choose A4 or US Letter so photos are fitted to a standard page.
  • Split a big batch into a few smaller PDFs instead of one large one.
  • Run the finished PDF through Compress PDF to cut its size further.
