Using the tools

The tools are free for personal and commercial use. Only process files you have the right to use. You are responsible for checking every output file before you rely on it, send it or sign anything based on it.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Conversions can change layout, fonts or formatting, and we don’t guarantee that any output is complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Keep a copy of your original files.

Signatures

The Sign PDF tool places an image of your signature on a document. It is not a certified digital signature. Whether it is accepted for a given document depends on the recipient and the law that applies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, PDFbis is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including lost data or documents.

Changes

We may change these terms or the tools at any time. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
